OVERVIEW

For those who are busy during the day, we offer two options to keep up their fencing over the summer in the evenings: Beginner Classes on Tuesdays (ages 7-14) and Advanced Classes and Open Bouting on Wednesdays. Both classes will be offered on 7 consecutive weeks during the summer. You only pay for 4 classes and choose on which of those 7 dates you would like to attend.

Beginner Class

This class is limited to 12 fencers. The class follows the same model as our year-long beginner classes: you purchase a package of 4 group classes and 4 individual lessons. You choose on which of the 7 Tuesdays offered your fencer will attend the 90-minute group classes from 5-6:30pm. You schedule the 4 individual 20-minute lessons yourself with any of our coaches. The class is offered on the following Tuesdays from 5 to 6:30pm: July 8, 15, 22, 29 and August 6, 13, and 20. The cost is the same as the Beginner Class package: $380 for the first student and $330 for each additional family member.

• Proof of USA Fencing membership: All students must be current competitive members of USA Fencing (Access membership for $34). YEARLY MEMBERSHIPS EXPIRE ON JULY 31ST, PLEASE RENEW YOUR MEMBERSHIP BEFORE YOUR FIRST DAY OF FENCING!

Fencers and parents must read and acknowledge Zeta Fencing’s Code of Conduct. By submitting a registration form, you agree to its terms.

Advanced Class & Open Bouting

Eligibility: Students in any of our Advanced Classes (Non-Competitive, Competitive, Elite, Advanced Adult). The class will be offered on the following Wednesdays from 6-7pm, followed by Open Bouting from 7-8:30pm: July 9, 16, 23, 30, August 6, 13, 20. You purchase a package of 4 classes and decide on which 4 of those dates you will attend. The cost is $300 for the Advanced Class and Open Bouting combined.
