KINDERGARTEN CLASS

… Where Fencing Fun Starts!

Our Kindergarten class is especially designed for children ages 5 to 6 (YOB 2020/21) who are taking their first steps into the world of fencing. The coaches use a play-centered learning approach which enables children to have fun while developing their fundamental motor skills.

Skills Developed:

  • Improvement in balance, coordination, and reaction time
  • Increased attention span and ability to follow instructions
  • Introduction to sports culture and team spirit
  • Basic fencing stance and simple footwork exercises

Our Teaching Approach:

Our experienced coaches use age-appropriate games and exercises to teach the foundations of fencing in a fun and engaging way. Practices are held in a safe environment using soft equipment, helping to build children’s confidence and physical awareness. This class not only supports physical development but also lays the groundwork for raising disciplined and self-confident individuals.

Students need to wear clean indoor sneakers, long loose-fitting sweatpants, and a short-sleeved T-shirt. Please read our full dress guidelines here.
